Our Ambassador Program this year is dedicated to our team members who cannot expect any support from their government and are left alone to deal with this crisis.

Our Motive.

We have always taken great pride in our team members around the world. They are, and always will be, the heart and the soul of our company. In times like these it is our responsibility to look after them more than ever before, and to do everything we can to help where help is really needed.

How can I use my Ambassador Voucher?
After the purchase is complete you will receive a confirmation email containing your Ambassador number and the amount of money that you own as a credit towards your next holiday with us. Once you book your next windsurf or kitesurf holiday, this total amount will be deducted from your next booking.

No matter if you book directly through our website or if you book your holiday package through one of our Tour operators

Is the money I spend a donation?

No, it is not a donation. You are purchasing a windsurf / kitesurf voucher, and 100% of the money you spend can be used to buy any windsurf or kitesurf product in any of our ION CLUB centres worldwide.

Who is getting 20% of the amount I spend?
This money will be used to guarantee a minimum salary, especially for those staff members who have been with us for many years and are now left without any help whatsoever from their local Government. In Europe most of our team members have received some kind of support, ensuring them up to 60% of their normal salary, which of course is enough to survive. We would like to do the same for all our team members who do not have that luxury.
Can I use the Ambassador Voucher as a gift to somebody else?
Yes. Just choose a voucher and tick the box on the checkout page, indicating that this is a gift. You will be asked to enter the name and email address of the person the gift is for. We will inform that person that he received an Ambassador Voucher from you as a present to use for his / her next Windsurf or Kitesurf Holiday with us.
What happens to the remaining 80% of the amount?
The remaining 80% of the amount will be used to maintain the infrastructure of our centres worldwide, pay outstanding rents, and help to re-open our centres as soon as this crisis is over. Our aim is to get our staff members back under normal employment and to deliver you 100% of the services that you have been used to in the past.
